Chef Erik Florjanc reinterprets Slovenian culinary heritage through contemporary techniques, thoughtful presentation and carefully balanced flavours. Each course reveals a different part of Slovenia’s gastronomic identity, bringing together familiar traditions and a modern fine-dining approach.

From dishes inspired by »prga«, »nakelda« and »šivanka« to venison served with »traditional kvočevi nudelni« and the delicate »Laška medenka«, the menu takes guests on a journey through Slovenia’s diverse culinary regions.

The story behind every dish is an essential part of the experience and is personally presented during the tasting.

We offer boutique gourmet pampering on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

A boutique gourmet dinner is offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, for a minimum of 2 people. Booking is required 24 hours in advance.
