We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. These Hotel General Terms and Conditions are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hotel guest, you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Policies, House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures.
All prices are in Euros and include VAT, but do not include Tourist Tax and Promotional Tax.
All regular reservations may be cancelled 14 days before arrival free of charge.
Reservations must be made from an adult person. A major credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room and secure the reservation period. If the credit card information is incorrect or cannot be charged for any reason, the hotel is entitled to cancel the reservation. If the reservation includes contact details, the hotel will inform the customer about this issue and ask for new credit card information.
Being a small hotel, a booking of 4 rooms or more will be considered a group booking. For group reservations, at the time of the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the whole reservation is payable. The remainder should be settled until 3 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible via bank transfer or credit card charge. Please contact Front Desk for more details and for making a reservation.
Proforma for pre-payment and additional information will be sent to the customer’s provided email by our Reservations team (email@example.com; phone + 386 (0)1 421 11 11). Pre-payment is possible via bank transfer or credit card charge.

Please make sure to receive a reservation confirmation number when you make a reservation. Reservations must be cancelled forty-eight (48 hours), hotel time, prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a one (1) room night, plus tax cancellation fee. Reservations will be held until 12:00 a.m. the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you have not checked in by that time, a »no-show« charge of one room night, plus tax will be charged to your credit card and the balance of your reservations will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse a reservation and (in special circumstances) the right to cancel, adjust or change your reservation. If we are forced to cancel, adjust or change the reservation, the guest will be offered an alternative date.
In case the room is booked for the incorrect number of guests, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
In the event of overbooking or force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to accommodate the customer in whole or in part in a hotel of the same category offering services of the same type. Any additional accommodation and transport costs between the two hotels concerned will be borne by the hotel originally booked. Zlata Ladjica boutique hotel is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of its obligations due to force majeure.
Check-in starts at 03:00 PM. Early check-in is possible upon availability – an additional day charge plus tax applies. If you require a guaranteed check-in prior to 03:00 PM, please contact Front Desk staff directly to make a reservation and complete a credit card authorization form prior to your arrival.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at Zlata Ladjica boutique hotel. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification at check-in. A valid, signed, and pre-approved credit card in the name of the guest registration is also required. The names of all guests occupying the room must be registered. Please note the data of the registration card with ID proof goes to the city.
Check out time is 12:00 AM. Additional day charge, plus tax apply for late checkout. In case you would require late check-out, please contact Front Desk staff directly.
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure / cancellation fee for the remaining nights.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. Your card may be pre-authorised to confirm the reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. Your credit card is not valid unless signed, and we will refuse an unsigned card.
At check-out time, the amount actually incurred during your stay will be charged at your preferred payment method (credit card, debit card or in cash (EUR only)).
In case of any charges not cleared at the time of checkout, the credit card information and the acknowledgement on these house rules will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.
Generally, third party payment is not permitted. In the case of paying for a family member if you will not be physically present at the hotel, we require prior completion and approval of a Credit Card Authorization form including a copy of your personal identification document and the front and back of your signed credit card or Bank transfer prepayment.
Please contact the hotel directly to purchase or redeem gift certificates. Unless the transaction takes place directly at the hotel, pre-paid bookings require a credit card authorization form to be completed and sent to the hotel or via Bank transfers prepayment. This form is available by contacting the hotel directly.
Our breakfast is complimentary for registered guests only. It is served between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Visitors may not join a registered guest for a free breakfast. The price for visitors is 32 EUR per person and can be paid at the Front Desk or at the Restaurant.
Connecting rooms are subject to availability and can only be booked directly through the hotel.
Should you wish to amend or cancel the reservation, please do so at least 14 days prior to the arrival day to avoid a full reservation and tax charge to your credit card.
If you cancel any reservation, you must obtain and save the cancellation number for your records. Reservations can be cancelled only via web channels or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date will result in a »no-show« fee being charged. You will be charged the total amount of your entire stay, with tax included, on your credit card.
A limited number of baby cots are available upon request, free of charge. Please note that an extra baby cot can only be accommodated in certain rooms and in general only one baby cot per room. Extra bed (sofa) is available only in Suites and it is suitable only for children up to 12 years of age.
We welcome pets. The hotel has some rooms available where pets are allowed. Prior notice is required. The Pet fee is 25 EUR per pet per night. An additional deposit of 200 EUR is required upon check-in. The deposit will be returned once it has been checked that the room and its contents are in the same condition as before check-in.
Hotel Pet Policy:
Acceptable pets: we welcome all well-mannered dogs sizing up to 15 kilograms. Should your pet be bigger, please provide more detailed information about your pet and its travel experience so we can allow exceptions on an individual basis.
Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest with a leash. Please ensure that the pet is on a ﬂea control program
Pet must not be left unattended and unsupervised. Pet sitters or pet supplies can be arranged through our Concierge, with prior notice.
The guest room is subject to inspection on daily basis, at any time, even if the room has a ‘do not disturb’ sign on, and upon checkout.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet in the hotel and in the neighborhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and its employees from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
The hotel reserves the right to remove animals from the premises if it is determined the animal is causing damage to hotel property and/or disturbing other hotel guests.
We have in-room amenities for our pet guests. Please leave them behind undamaged for the next guest. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any replacement fee.
Room occupancy requirements are based on fire code and fire safety restrictions. Please review the type of room and its maximum capacity to fit your needs. Should you need special attention in this matter, please do not hesitate to ask at the front desk. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guestroom for proper accommodations.
Zlata Ladjica is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on hotel premises will incur a one-night charge fine per occurrence. In case of a fire alarm caused by smoking, the cost of the fire security intervention will also be the guest’s responsibility.
Candles, incense, and essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds.
Phones charges may be computed and assigned to your room folio at the end of each telephone transaction.
Room keys are issued to registered guests. No room keys will be issued to youth under 18 at any time. I.D. is required if you have lost your key and require a duplicate. Please return room keys to Front Desk at Check-out.
To provide all our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe hotel experience, we provide daily housekeeping. Our Housekeeping Staff will honour the sign on the door based on your needs. The Housekeeping Staff is required to enter the room at subsequent times to clean the room, check for safety, and verify the condition of the room. Management reserves the right to enter a room with a known status of not being disturbed for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping, maintenance, verifying that the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Hotel Policy and House Rules. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a Hotel Policy or House Rule is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to hotel property and rooms of evicted guests.
We can offer a parking spot for your car in the garage, the price is 25 EUR per day. Valet parking service is available free of charge. Please contact our Front Desk for further information.
Quiet hours are from 10.30 PM to 6.30 AM. TV, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in halls.
Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival. They must be accompanied by a registered guest at all times. Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities including breakfast or Spa before prior arrangements with the Front Desk. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.
The hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any property damage caused. Price list for hotel amenities and other items can be found in the room or obtained at the Reception.
The room service charge is 5 EUR for drinks and 10 EUR for food.
Zlata Ladjica is not responsible for any items left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping, will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.
