With great respect for food and imagination, Chef Florjanc creates organic culinary stories that delight the taste buds of our guests. His contemporary creations from carefully sourced local ingredients combine local flavours with the charm and temperament of classic Mediterranean cuisine.
We know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is why at Zlata ladjica we pamper you with delicious local and organic delicacies that will give you just the right amount of energy for your day’s activities. The first part of the Zlata ladjica breakfast treats you to freshly baked sourdough bread, butter, home-made jam, Slovenian honey, selected local meat products, organic cheeses and minced lard. In the second part, you can choose from a wide selection of dishes – from organic eggs and kranjska klobasa (Carniolan sausage) to oatmeal and home-made granola. Fresh seasonal fruit, a fruit smoothie and a daily dessert make the icing on the cake.
Breakfast is served daily between 07:30 and 10:30.
