We offer a boutique gourmet dinner on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Chef Jakob Jerala is fully comitted to his craft and art. His philosophy revolves around simplicity, quality and care put into local ingredients. His eye for detail makes no mistakes when creating the perfect menus and blending the perfect flavours.
He has cooked besides many famous chefs and housewives all over the world (from South Africa to Sweden), he also gained precious experience working with Heston Blumenthal and Magnus Nilsson. Nevertheless, putting all the famous names aside, he always likes to give credit to his grandmother with whom he gained experience while he was young.
